'Smoking is injurious to health'. Heard that often? But still you continue to smoke? Well, here's 10 reason WHY you should quit smoking NOW.

We all know what cancer is and what it does to your body. I mean if you get cancer, there is so much less chance of surviving. If you get cancer, just think how much money your gonna spend. And if you don't survive, ahhhhh! A double loss for you parents and family. Money and YOU.

2. YOU WILL SLEEP BETTER IF YOU QUIT SMOKING














Johns Hopkins study found that people who smoke feels four times unrested after a night's sleep than a person who doesn't smoke. So, want a good night sleep? You know exactly what to do.

In India, a pack of cigarette cost around Rs 30 - 50. A heavy smoker smokes at least two packets everyday, that would cost him around Rs 60 - 100 daily,  Rs 900 - 3000 monthly and in ONE YEAR, it would cost him around Rs 10,950 - 18,250. Maybe ever more than that if he smoke more than 3 packets everyday. If I were you, and 'YOU' is a heavy smoker, I would quit smoking and save my money and order pizza instead. Yum Yum!
